Document is encrypted automatically after first modification

We have an inbox on a server and this inbox is being shared between multiple employees.

1 - Assume someone sends an email to this inbox. The email is not encrypted.

2 - The email is received in Inbox folder in this database and it’s not encrypted. Everyone with access to this database can open the email and read it (so far; so good).

3 - As soon as someone decides to modify the email (either move the email to a folder or actually modify the contents), the document become encrypted automatically and only that person can read the document going forward and no one else can.

Inbox is using standard mail template (StdR8Mail) and has been refreshed recently. All design elements checked and none have prohibit design enableed on them. So they are all being refreshed.

Another piece of information:

I’ve checked person document in Domino directory for this inbox and ‘When receiving unencrypted mail, encrypt before storing in your mailfile’ field is set to No.

No; none of the users have this setting.
