I have about 50 users in an R8 pilot and have encountered a few client issues so far. One of which involves archiving messages. We’re 3 for 3 so far doing this. A user will select a threaded message to archive and do a drag and drop into the archive database link. You see the activity and results at the end of the operation saying that the document has been archived and deleted from the mail file. Checking the archive I indeed have the message in the archive database, however there is still a ghosted image of the message in my mail file. Clicking on it gives you a warning message that the message has been deleted. No matter what I’ve done, I can’t get rid of that message. I currently have an open ticked with IBM Tech Support, but was wondering if anybody else has encountered this issue. Thisngs I’ve tried to fix it include:

manually delete the message

delete the thread
-
rebuild the Inbox views (Cntrl+Shift+F9) as recommended by Tech Support

replaced the mail file design
So far no luck. Anybody else encounter this?
