We are currently experiencing an issue with one of our users when she tries to forward a HTML News letter she receives from various websites.
The error is “document attachment is invalid”
She has no problem receiving, viewing them or replying / forwarding to regular text emails, however as soon as she tries to forward html coded news letters she gets that error.
Any ideas?

hellobefore i suggest u the solution i do not know whether u r using the local mail copy or the server.
if u work form the local mail copy then, delete it, shut the notes and open it back.now try forwarding from the server copy and that shuld work.if it does work create a new local copy and test with the local copy too.
if it is not being forwarded from the server copy then follow the same procedure as it did with the local copy but this time u have to create a server copy newly, so keep the server details with u.try the same again after u have successfully created the server copy.this time it shuld work.
if it does not, then go for the notes reconfiguration.

We also experience the same issue with forwarding some of the HTML newsletters received from various websites after upgrading to Notes Client v8.5. Interestingly the same HTML newsletter at times can be forwarded but other times we’d get “Document attachment is invalid”.
