Document are disappearing from inbox once opened

I have an user who is experiencing a very strange problems when she opens her new mail she can see it , but once she is out of it it is disappearing from her in box, but I can find in All documents. So it is not deleted.

Any suggestions of what it cluld be?

I replaced her template hopipng that if it is something funny with it it will sort itself out, but no luck

I had this exact same thing yesterday and doing a design replace fixed it. You definitely did a replace and not a refresh?

I definately replaced it, not refresh . Then I replaced it to a different one and is OK.

The problem was simple the user clicked on viewunread button on the inbox. if the user then presses the button viewall the problem would have been solved. pls dont do refresh/replace design.
