Hi folks,
I have a scheduled agent that sends out email notification containing a doclink. When recipients read the email via Notes Mail, the doclink is visible and functional. However, when the same email is read via a web browser, the doclink is missing. Hovering or clicking the mouse over the area where the doclink should be produces no reaction.
So far… I have read the contents of this (and several) forums and tried several things, including the Mailformat=“E” suggestion. No success.
Here is an excerpt of the code. Let me know if I did something wrong or if I missed anything. I’m planning to remove the Mailformat=“E” line later, unless an expert tells me not to.

Set maildoc = New NotesDocument( db )
Set rtitem = New NotesRichTextItem( maildoc, “Body” )
Call rtitem.AppendText(“Good day.”)
Call rtitem.AddNewline(2)
Call rtitem.AppendText(“The Web Directory HTML files were updated with error(s). The documents could have missing or invalid data for the Level and/or Outlet Name fields.”)
Call rtitem.AddNewline(2)
Call rtitem.AppendText(“Here are the errors with the corresponding link to the affected document:”)
'This portion is in an Error Handler loop, so it keeps adding a doclink whenever an error is found.
'- Start ------------------------------------------------------
Call rtitem.AddNewline(1)
Call rtitem.AppendText(“- Error#” & Str(Err) & ": " & Error$)
Call rtitem.AddTab(1)
Call rtitem.AppendDocLink( doc_detail, db.Title )
Call rtitem.AddNewline(1)
'Resume Next
'- End ------------------------------------------------------
Call rtitem.AppendText(“Please act on the errors immediately in time for the next automatic update.”)
Call rtitem.AddNewline(2)
Call rtitem.AppendText(“Thank you.”)
maildoc.Form = “Memo”
maildoc.SendTo = recipients
maildoc.Subject = “Web Directory Updated (with Errors)”
maildoc.MailFormat=“E”
Call maildoc.Send( False )

I appreciate the help.
Thank you.
