Doclink Disappearing On Web Save

Hi All,

A most annoying problem that seems to have been around since at least R5. I haven’t found a solution(besides one suggestion of recreating the link…sounds a bit dodgey).

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

When the doclink is created in Notes, write some code to store it in another richtext field that is not editable in your web form?

How is this possible? A richtext field is either computed or editable?

If the rich text field does not appear on the web form, it is not changed when the document is edited. So, a rich text field (or any field) can be editable, computed or not appear at all. The last is what is being suggested.

I have found that if you change the rich text field to use a java applet the link does not disappear. However, when you open the database back up in lotus notes…the link looks like its turned into a web link??Will have to do for now.
