We have two separate databases A and B on two differents domino servers 1 and 2 .
When we make a doc link between a document from database A to a document into database B its works with Lotus Client but the link does not appear with a web client

Pretty sure a doclink on a web page will only be relevant to the same server - since doclink only contains replica id info.
A Notes client is smart(or maybe dumb) enough to look around for more replicas (if you have them stacked on your workspace for instance).
You’ll have to build a URL to the other server to make this work for you.
Personally, I dislike using doclinks for web urls. If you search on the topic, you’ll find plenty of ideas on how to implement.

The domino web server can handle this in certain situations. It needs to be enabled on the server.Search the admin document for “redirect URL command” and that should get you started
