We have recently moved from R5.0.11 to R8.5.1 and one of the DB’s is generating this message. I know this is related to the $KeepPrivate field (set to “1”)in the document. However users with the correct ACL membership should be able to print this document. All member security has the “Replicate or copy documents” checked and access is either Manager or Editor. Is there a way to correct this without removing the $KeepPrivate field

If this isn’t part of the design then at some stage the document has been edited and saved by a user who did not have “Replicate / copy documents” enabled in the ACL.

Okay. What is the best method for doing this? I have over 100 documents with this field active in it. Is there a way to create an agent to clear out or reset the field to “0”?
