We have a standard database with a New Main Topic, Response and Response to Response documents. What is wanted, is to set up a subscription for a Main Topic and to also get all the files underneath the Main Topic including the responses and response to responses. Is this possible from Subscriptions? and if so how do I get it to work?

Subject: Creating Subscription
if you have opened the source database, select from menu Create → Subscription …
and make your selections in the following form.
This will include all types of documents (answers also), which match your selection.
