I’ve DNSBL configured. But it seems that no E-Mail will be checked.
Our Notes Server has no direct Internetconnection. An other Computer is connected to the Internet! And the Notes Server works over a Proxy.
Can anyone help me? Thank you…

No it doesn’t in the sort of set up you seem to describe. Just to clarify -
MX for your domains doesn’t go directly to your Domino server?
MX is provided by your ISP perhaps and you dial up and collect mail via ETRN so some such?
So all inbound mail comes to your Domino host from a single IP, or maybe a very small range of IPs belonging to your ISP and these are not listed on any DNSNL?
Something like that?
If so, the DNSBL check will never check the IP that the message originated from and so it will not work. For DNSBL to work, yyour Domino host must be the first host encountered by any third party mail host attempting to deliver mail via SMTP.
