Does anyone know what is the size requirements for a distribution list is? For example, I have users that email using a distribution list that has hundreds of users which turns around an error stating that the “document has invalid structure”

Search for ‘limit’ in the Notes help. If the group (distribution list) is local, then the limit is much less than if it is group in the Domino Directory.
Text fields can be up to 32 kB, but the Notes Help says only 15 kB for recipients in a single message - go figure.
