If I create a report as an HTML file, is there a way to display it in the Notes Client?

The HTML File is stored locally.The background to this is that the user will use the notes client to run an external program that will create a report as an HTLML file and store it in a given folder “c:\app\reports” The name of the report is added to a text based log file.

So I know where the report is, and I know what the file name is. I’ve read in the notes help that a frame can be given a url to display. So I will give that a try
