I embed a Word document in a Notes form and display the Word document as a picture. I use the form to compose a document and double-click the picture to open the embedded Word document. I type something into the Word document and then save it and the Notes document to the database. When I re-display the Notes document, sometimes the data I typed into the Word document is displayed as part of the picture and sometimes it is not. I have the database set to use stored forms but it inconsistently displays the data as part of the pictures. Anyone experience the same frustrating results? Thanks for your help.

I found that saving the document before opening and editing the object seems to ensure that the data you type will appear in the picture of the object.
