There was a problem with POP3. Have ceased to be displayed connections on POP3 in Log.nsf and on console of the server.
In the admin (Server tasks) it is visible that the POP3 is started .

27.11.2007 09:56:13 POP3 Server: Connection attempted on, but not Configured in POP3 Internet Site Document
Has checked up POP3 Internet Site Document exists, has deleted, has created new, too most.
