I am trying to create a navigation table for an nsf viewed through http. Basicly I want the outline to be displayed in a box (I have the top, bottom and side picture as image resources). After several tries with the embended outline properties, I manage to display the side border. However I am unable to find an easy way to display the top and bottom border. I have tried using layer, but I found that it could not adjust its position automatically when another entry is added to the outline
