Display Conversations

I have a users who has “Display / Conversations” always turned on and likes the feature. It works great until he tries to send an attachment directly from any application be it Word, Excel, Adobe etc

A new memo is composed with the File attached and the filename in the subject of the email but also displayed is a lengthy conversation panel which is in no way related to the email and since the email is a “New Memo” there should not be any conversation displayed.

When I compose a new memo it works as expected with no conversation.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
