In the properties of an embedded outline there is a property called “root entry”. I have the ability to choose:ExpandAll
ColapseAll
Display as Saved
What does it mean display as saved? For me it behaves quite equals as colapse all. When I close a embedded outline with this property in the client and reopen it again, it hasnt remembered its state. Everything is collapsed.

It doesn’t have anything to do with the way you leave it in the client; it’s how it’s saved in Designer. So, for example, if you have:
Heading1
…subhead1
…subhead2
Heading2
…subhead1
…subhead2
If you saved the outline completely collapsed in Designer, that’s how it will display. But if you saved it with Heading1 collapsed, but Heading2 expanded, like so:
Heading1
Heading2
…subhead1
…subhead2
that is how it will display.
