Disk i/o is a restricted operation

There is an agent which is going to put a file in folder “C:\Lotus\Domino\Data\domino” in server. The agent is signed with server id though still I get this error. The file which is going to be added in this folder is Excel file and the agent is executed from browser (it is not executed as web user, but with server id rights). Server has all necessary rights in ECL. Does anyone knows how to deal with this case?
