Have a client who was monkeying around with trying to get a Disclaimer added to the bottom of all outbound emails.
They used several of the ideas & suggestions in this forum, but ultimately (as have so many) they gave up when they saw that the only way to add the disclaimer to outbound SMTP emails was going to severely impact CD to MIME fidelity.
But now, the disclaimer is showing up in some (not all???) all of their outbound Lotus Notes emails. And nobody can figure out where it’s coming from (including the developer who was testing the use of disclaimers)
We suggested that they check the Mail6.ntf Memo form, forms used in Mail.Box, etc. All of the places you would expect to find a custom disclaimer.
But we can’t locate the disclaimer, it’s text or figure out why some Lotus Notes emails have the disclaimer while others do not.
Any ideas on where a disclaimer could accidentally get wriiten and then hidden?
Thanks.
