I have a question I have disclaimers setup as a policy and enabled. Now these work great when the email is sent to a external party / email address but dont get attached when sent internally. How can I make sure the disclaimer gets attached to every email no matter if its going out to the world or internal to the company.

In the user’s person document - do you have “Prefers Notes Rich Text”? Disclaimers won’t work if you do.
and do you have the disclaimer enabled on the server and client sides?

I have it all enabled and its keep senders format. Whats weird it works great when the email goes to the internet or outside email just not internal email
