We used to have a general disclaimer on all external e-mails prior to our upgrade to 6.5.3. It has come to my attention (I didn’t really pay attention to it before) that the disclaimer is no longer attaching to internet mail. I think this happened when we upgraded a while ago from 4.6 to 6.5.3.
My quesiton is, how can I add a simple disclaimer to all outbound messages? I know it used to be in the bottom of a form in either the mail.box or mailbox.ntf database. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I did search the forum and found some things to try, but nothing has worked to this point. I am in the I.T. field, but I am not a Notes Administrator so the more basic the advice for notes, the better. I though the disclaimer used to be entered after the body of the e-mail in it’s own field. Any suggestion(s) is/are appreciated. Thanks.

Upgrade to 7.0.2 and you will be able to define disclaimers via a new Mail Policy released with 7.0.

Chris,This works fine unless you have different organitional units that needs different disclaimers
