I have got a challenge with designing a disclaimer for our Enviroment . We are running 8.5 on our Domino Servers and on Lotus Notes Clients. I also don’t want that disclaimer to be duplicated when the mail is forwarded.
What should I do on the Message form to get that disclaimer working?

I am concerned about the know-how part from the client side.If I was to do it for my personal use,What is it that I was gonna do on the Message(Memo) Form for this the disclaimer to work on my mail database only?

Actually nothing. If it is for your sole use, better create a “personal stationary” (Tools/Stationary - New/Stationary - Personal) and customize it with your disclaimer. This is the simplest and more efficient solution.

It is not a good idea to implement this by modifying the Memo form on all the Mail databases (unless it is for your personal use only).This has to be done on the server side (some good commercial products do this with plenty of useful options, like putting the disclaimer only for outgoing mails, not internal, etc.).
