Hi EveryoneWe have several companies in the group and fortunately only a small group of persons need to have different hats

I managed to create different policy docs and assigned them to individuals. The disclaimers work fine. Only one problem is in the font size.

I cannot set the font size for the disclaimers - by defalut it is 12 pts while default for mail is 10 pts. People are complaining ( rightfully) and I cannot find the solution.

Format of the message is : Plain Text (in the policy doc)

Anyone has an idead ?

I feel your pain… Some departments in my company have a disclaimer and it comes out huge, right at the top.

I don’t really know that much about it, but in the Domino Adminstrator Help file it appears that you may be able to use an HTML file:

Disclaimer Text

Add disclaimer notice to mail memo

Select one:

Disabled – No disclaimer text will display

At the top – To display disclaimer text at the top of Domino Web Access mail messages

At the bottom – (default) To display disclaimer text at the bottom of Domino Web Access mail messages

Disclaimer text or HTML

Type the disclaimer text you want to display (in HTML format) on all Domino Web Access mail messages.

This seems similar to the personal signature feature in mail. You can either just use plain text (in the Mail Preferences) or choose an HTML file.
