Our CEO sends out meeting invitations with a link to a Sametime meeting in the description. One attendee has a problem. Once the meeting is accepted, the url to the sametime meeting does indeed appear in the description part of the calendar entry. However, a day or two later when he opens the entry to attend the meeting, the link is gone.We don’t want to create the meeting in the calendar because if somebody doesn’t accept the meeting, they don’t get a link at all, the meeting is hidden and then all heck breaks lose at meeting time. yes, the CEO could unhide the meeting after it is created but that doesn’t happen.

We recently fixed a problem where the “Join a meeting” link was missing (from the top of the invitation) after the meeting was accepted. (The link was visible prior to accepting the meeting.) Is this possibly the problem he is having?
I haven’t been able to reproduce a problem where the link was present in the lower part (body) of the invitation and then suddenly disappeared. Did the invitee do anything in particular to the invitation (such as edit it, etc) after accepting it?
