Hi all,
I have added a new column & Field in Inbox & Sent view. I have added some data in this new column based on Field value condition.
My problem is this newly created column suddenly disappeared or gets deleted. I am at a loss what should I do to trap this situation and resolve this issue.

Hav u got ‘inherit design from template’ option checked for ur mail database?

Hi Amit,
Thanks for your quick response. Yes I did it. But it is not disappearing in all the Client’s systems except a few. We could not locate the reason.
Any other idea

I have identified the root cause of this disappearing columns problem. I didn’t modify the server side design template. So sometime if user selects server for refresh design at this time newly created column will be vanished.
We have to modify both client & Server design template.
