Disappearing Columns in View

WE are in the process of upgrading our production server and clients to R6.0.2CF1 and I have come across a problem with data displayed in a view.

When the view is first displayed all columns show as they should. If I create a new document all data is displayed as it should. BUT… when I open a document and change some data several of the columns disappear from the view. (Even if I save the document without changeing any data). I have reviewed the view design and none of the columns are conditional so they should display.

Has anyone come across this problem, Know of a solution? Is this a bug that has been reported to IBM.

The upgrade is this week.

I’m not sure if this’ll help, but is this for several columns? Always the same 1 or 2?

If so, then go to the beanie tab of the column properties. The first value is “Name”, which is usually something like “$31”. If you see the column is corrupted, then delete this value, refresh the view and save it.

Also, was the database signed when it was transferred? Just a thought. :wink:
