I created a new rule - didn’t copy and paste - to send a copy of all mail to an external email account. I disabled it, but the rule still applied. I deleted it, being sure to disable it first, but a copy of the mail is stll being sent. I’ve read a lot here about server rules, but little on the client. Any idea how to really disable this rule and make it go away?

I haven’t tried this, but I’d image you could go into the design of the database, delete the rules folder, then do a File-Database-Replace Design from your mail template and I would think that might work.
