Disable Notes Archiving

Hi,

I’m looking for help with the following:

I am trying to disable Notes archiving on a number of mail accounts within our organisation. In other words I want to reset a mailfile to the state it was before archiving was enabled hence removing the ‘Archive’ icon and the ‘Archive Now’ command. Does anyone have any ideas on the best way to approach this?

Hi,

I would create a special mail template for those users . This emplate would not have any design elements related to archiving.(Form, remove Outline options,agents, etc)

I would also remove any archive profile in those databases.
