We created a message disclaimer with the Mail Settings policy and it is added to every outgoing mail.
It is possible to disable the disclaimer for different recipient internet domains?
i.E. mails to domain test.com get the disclaimer added; mails to domain own.com not.

This feature is very, very much required. There are loads of Outlook 2003 clients out there, which cannot handle HTML Disclaimers. Therefore ugly Text disclaimers have to be used. The feature should allow to select html, text or no disclaimer.

We don’t currently have any means to distinguish between which external domains should and should not trigger disclaimers. But I’ve submitted an enhancement request for this – to be considered for future releases.
