Does anyone know if it is possible to disable or hide from view the Full mode in inotes 8.5.1?There is an ini setting to disable the ultra-lite mode. There is also a ini setting and policy setting that sets the lite mode as the users prefered start i iNotes, but I cant fint a setting that disallows the users to switch to full mode…
Our aim is that our iNotes user can only use the Lite mode and nothing else.

I would say check the config in your web redirect datbase. When you open Web Redirect, click setup, the UI Options. There are two settings, Personal Options and Login Options that I would take a look at. Those in combination with the settings you are talking about would do the trick.

Hi Mik,
If you take a look at iNotes settings in policy, there is “User UI mode” setting. If you select Lite and choose “Set value and prevent changes” in “how to apply” field, the user will no longer see the switcher UI to select Full/Lite/Ultra-light mode.
