I have enabled Directory Assistance to point to an NDS server for LDAP Authentication. We are in the early stages of testing and have found one person who does not work. He is setup just like everyone else, but when I put in his NDS username and password, it fails.
We have two servers and it works on the one server (5.0.9), but not on the other (6.0.1 CF1). This tells me that it isn’t an LDAP authentication problem. I have deleted and recreated the Directory Assistance database and it will work for about 5 minutes, then revert back to not working.
I can’t even figure out how to trouble shoot this problem. I have even deleted and recreated his account to see if it was some sort of corruption in his person document.
Is there any troubleshooting that I can do to determine where the authentication is failing?
