I have just set up directory assistance on the server. I have one additional address book that I listed in the record in the DA.nsf database. It does show this address book when you click on address in the memo form. But when I choose an entry in that address book and then hit the F9 key, I get “…not found in Name & Address book or any domino directory…” What else do I have to do to get this 2nd address book working like the names.nsf address book? FYI- All of the mail addresses are external internet mail addresses and they are stored in the MailAddress field in this 2nd AB. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Do you have the DA database name listed in the server document field ==> Directory Assistance Database Name

Yes it is in that field. I used the ‘set directory assistance information’ action for the server that is used for mail and the da.nsf database resides on that server.

I don’t know if this works in ND6, but the following line must be added to notes.ini in Domino 5:
INET_AUTHENTICATE_WITH_SECONDARY=1
