Dear all,
We have two databases which are used to store client informations.
We are using them as additional address books by adding them in our Directory Assistance Db.
Of course, we had to add the View ($PeopleGroupsFlat) in the design to make them viewable when clicking on the “Address” button, or on the “To” hotspot. This functionnality is working perfectly.
The problem is when we try to use the “F9” functionnality in the “To” field. this functionnality is working with the name we in have in the PAB, and in the NAB, but not in these additional databases.
Have we forgotten another design element to add in our database to make it work?
