Hi,
I am running Domino 8.0.2FP1 with Directory Assistance configured. In the directory assistance address book, I have partner contact information which allow them to authenticate to my Domino applications.
This address book is a Domino address book residing on the same server as my primary address book. Each contact setup in this address book as their Mail System information setup using the following:
→ Mail system: Other Internet Mail
→ Domain: THEIR_COMPANY_NAME
→ Forwarding address: their_email_address
→ Internet address: their_email_address
From my Lotus Notes client or from DWA, I can select them from the address book and send them email. However, when I try to add them to a calendar entry, I am getting a delivery failure because there is no route found to domain THEIR_COMPANY_NAME from server my server.
I was having the same issue at the beginning to send emails and had to put their email address in the forwarding field to solve the problem. However, it still does not work for the calendar invite.
Would somebody already experienced a similar issue? What would be the proper settings in Directory Assistance if I want to add external partners to my organization?
