Digital Signature?

Hi there,

I have a workflow application and I want to make sure that the person who receives the document is the only approver. I don’t want any other assistant or people who run things on his/her behalf approves the document (although they might see it), it only has to be approved in the approver’s workstation…

can I achieve that? is there anything like a digital signature or something similar?

I generally use Electronic Signatures in a Controlled Access Section. Look for this in designer help. However, ND6 has a problem in displaying the date/time stamp that is visable in V5.Tim

You don’t mention whether you are using it for the web or for native Notes (i.e. formula or Lotusscript). This makes a big difference as to what you can (or should) do.
