I am upgrading a cluster of 4 mail servers currently running Domino v7.0.2 and want to upgrade to 8.5.2. Obviously I will have to upgrade one of the servers first. Will this work? Or will i have to remove them from the cluster, upgrade them individually and the re-cluster them?
Subject: No forseeable issues
As long as you’re upgrading all of them I don’t see why that would be a concern. Even if you were only upgrading one of them you’d probably be okay. In that scenario, cluster replication would upgrade the templates on the clustermates and you might see some errors as a result, but I think you’ll be fine with an upgrade of all clustermates.
