do you know a way, defining different mail quotas for sending/receiving emails to/from Internet?
Furthermore can I define different mail quota for internal (Domino) and external (Internet) mail?

Set up an internet mail gateway - a Domino server that passes mail from the internet to your mailserver and vice-versa.
Set the message size limit on the gateway server what you want the limit to be for internet emails.
Set the message size limit on your mailserver what you want the limit to be for internal emails.
The only issue will be you can’t set the internal SMALLER than the external, because then the messages would get stopped at the mailserver on the way in or out. But you could allow the internal messages to be larger than what you allow for internet.
