Different Cache?

Hello.Why I have different cache with profile document ahen I acces it from lotus and from web? Can I refresh cache to have the same values?

Profile cache updates only happens to the client that made a change to the profile document. And even then, only when the Form used for the profile document is properly closed (saving is not enough).

For all other clients, the cache is only flushed by closing the database.

If this is a problem, then the only way to go is to use normal documents instead of profiledocuments.

But when i change some in profile document using web and close and open web browser the information isn’t actual. Sometimes i see the old and sometimes the new information.

I don’t have much experience with web clients, but anyway: if caching can cause problems, then you must not use profile documents, there is no way to control this cache. This results in unpredictable results.
