Thanks all for you are quick reply , i worked on both replies . Still there all number of things in replication which i want to understand like factors which affects the Replication like ACL and all , in depth. I am preparing for my interview for the next week help me out.
I will try to be polite, but has it occurred to you that if you don’t know these issues well enough to answer questions at the interview, you aren’t really qualified for the job? I am completely in favor of self training and bettering one’s position, but I am also in favor of doing what you are qualified to do, and if you will be responsible for managing replication with a company and don’t either know how it works or where to find the information, are you really likely to be successful in that position, whether you convince the company to hire you or not? It seems likely that even if you convinced them to hire you, you would quickly run into a myriad of issues for which you were not trained, and that wouldn’t be good for the company or for you.
