One of our Lotus Notes (6.5.1) users has the following problem in his calendar.
For example, if he creates a meeting:
He tries to repeat the meeting, so he tries to activate the checkbox ‘Repeats’. The checkbox becomes gray after cklicking it, but no no checkmark is set. The checkmark will be set after pressing ‘Enter’ only.
He’s able to fill in the repeation data.
If he gets an repeat conflict message (other appointement existing or so) he’s not able to use the button Check Calendar.
Some other checkboxes, radiobuttons and buttons behave similiar.
What we did so far:
Removing cache.ndk, bookmark.nsf, desktop6.ndk
The design has been refreshed as well.
We checked the problem from another client and it’s working well. But it’s still not working on the users client.
Do you have any idea to solve that problem, without reinstalling Lotus Notes? Because he’s a mobile user and not directly connected to our LAN.
