We are experiencing an issue with the dialogbox when a user has a dual monitor setup. On a single monitor workstation all works perfectly! For users who have dual monitors the dialogbox does not display the OK or Cancel buttons, it does display the X in the upper right corner though. I find this very odd and spent a lot of time this morning troubleshooting this and it is absolutely related to the dual monitor configuration. In some way this must be an issue with Notes misunderstanding the resolution and thus improperly rendering the dialogbox.
Has anyone else run in to this? Does anyone have any solutions?

This is happening on more than one machine, though only a few out of the entire company and the only common factor was the dual monitor setup. Upon disabling the second monitor the dialogbox displayed correctly.
This is for a client so I am not privy to much more information at this time and these systems are VERY remote…as it out in the middle of the ocean on an oil rig.
As was pointed out I failed to provide some system info, here’s what I know:

I have not noticed this particular problem in notes 7 on dual monitors. There is/was a problem where the dialogbox wanted to be on your primary screen I think. And you couldn’t drag it completely to the other monitor. I believe that’s working better in r8.
I will tell you that I’ve typically run dual monitors with the program “ultramon”, which does some neat things… so that may be a difference…

I use dual monitors (nVidia) and don’t experience this issue.
Dialogs and palettes DO often prefer the primary monitor even if the application is on the secondary, but my buttons are always visible.
Could this be an issue with your vid card software? Is there a setting that moves dialogs or focuses buttons or anything like that? Any updates to this soft/driver?
