Dialog List, reporting separate values from a multi-value list

Hi I have a dialog list field that has multiple names. the user can pick multiple names, which tracks people that attand a meeting.

I need to report each individual name in a view.

How can a extract each individual name from the single field.

Ex.

Field “Name” = John, Jeff, Joe

I need each name separate to report against

there could be 100 names, so I can’t make individual fields.

Can you say a little more precisely what you need to have show up on the screen? There are many ways to get the individual values from the field, but it’s not clear what you want to do with them after that.

I need to represent them in a view. Each name will be categorized with a twistie and below will list all of the meetings they have attended.

The form has a dialog field with a multi-value list and that’s where the names are.

But I need to separate them so they are categorized in a view.

So, create a view with a categorized column, and put that field in it. What is the problem?
