I have a database with a form with a dialog list that works fine in Notes 7.0.2. But in Notes 8.5 when you put the document in edit mode, you cannot see the icon to select from the dialog list. Instead of a dialog list, it just looks like a text field. We are working toward moving from Ntoes 7.0.2 to 8.5 and this is an issue we need resolved. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I found the solution for this. For these particular fields, the field property “Display entry helper button” was not checked. This made no difference in 7.0.2, but caused problems in 8.5.
