Developer tools - Where to find them?

Hello Everyone:

I had been doing domino development for sometime now but the only tool I use is the designer client. I recently came across a tool called notespeek and I wonder are there more tools out there? Can any one post some links to different tools if any or direct me to a place where I can find them?
