Novice question: Is there any kind of “developer subscription”, similar to an MSDN developer subscription, that we can purchase in order to download various versions of Lotus Notes for third-party application development and QA purposes?

If you’re interested in developing applications or add-ins for Notes, Domino, Connections, Quickr or other IBM products, you should join PartnerWorld, IBM’s business partner program and specifically look at the ISV options. Basic membership is free, but access to software downloads requires purchase of a Value Package or Software Access Option.
