Detect Mailfile via Java-Code

Hi,

I have a small question in case of developing a portlet. I plan to implement a mailchecker-portlet for Domino. And so I want to detect the mailfile of the current logged in portal-user. We configured SSO between Domino and WebSphere via LTPA-mechanism.

So how it is possible to get a reference on the mailfile of the logged-in-user in Java-code? It should use the LTPA-cookie for example (thats the only way I think)

Has anybody a code-snippet, link with further information or sth. like that?

That would be great. I thank you a lot for your help

Can you use the Registration.getUserInfo() method?

If you call getUserInfo() the mailfile, mailserver and maildomain arguments are actually return values which will tell you all the details about a users mail.

Armed with the mailserver and mailfile you can call Session.getDatabase( mailserver, mailfile ) to get a handle on the users mail database.
