I can not find some correct entries in Names.nsf when I search some name. But when I delete the desktop6.ndk file and restart the Lotus Notes, no problem to search the names, my team can search correct entries.I have compacted desktop6.ndk file, increased the workspace’s space from 30 MB to 80 MB, reindex the names.nsf file.
The problem should be in desktop6.ndk, I want to keep my DB Icon in this desktop6.ndk, so delete desktop6.ndk is not good solution.
Any ideas? Thanks in Advance.

You can try running maintenance on desktop6.ndk. Run compact (or fixup or updall) from the command line with the client down. (It doesn’t look like a database, but it will work)

Thanks your replied.I have done the compact when the Notes running, I also done the Ncompact in commmand line when the Notes not running. Issue still same.
Another idea: can I copy and paste DB Icon from bad Desktop6.ndk to new Desktop6.ndk? How?

I got the answer:Remove the DB Icon from Workspace, restart Notes, create the DB Icon, if still not working, try one more time.
