Desktop6.ndk and disappearing workspace icons

I’m having an issue where a user’s workspace icons are disappearing. User logs out of Notes–next time user logs in, the icons are missing.

Any ideas on fixing this would be appreciated!

I am having the same issue in 7.02. I have had about 8 users in my domain have the same problem over the past 6 months or so. It can not be replicated and there are no errors in any logs. The unhappy users have had to recreate their workspace.

I have contacted IBM Support and they have not been able to help.

Anyone else have the problem (details about it) or a solution?

I have a user reporting the same issue, open Notes and all icons on the workspace are missing. Any thought please?
