This is a bit strange… the security policy (e.g. ECL updates) work but the desktop setting seems to be “out to lunch.” I’m about to add another option to see if it updates vs. just mail template. The version is “Release 7.0.2” and the template is dwa7.ntf. It is simple setup… right? We have an organizational policy named */test (test=O) with the desktop setting named 7.0.2 Desktop (previously created) set. It has been set this way for 24 hours… no luck. Anyone? Thanks…
Also, the mail template update should occur at next login. I remember this on other servers. A mail template upgrade note can be seen on the status bar.
