After setting a Desktop Policy for HTML and Plain Text, the Field in the User Prefernces does not get updated. It shows that the policy was pulled down and applied in the $policy hidden view but the field never gets changed. Any help would be appreciated.
Subject: Desktop Policy does not update User Preference field for Internet Mail Format
Look at the document properties → Fields tab for the security settings document in the local names.nsf. What are the values of these fields?

$Pref$MIMESaveFormat
$DontChangeItems
